UPDATING MY CREDIT BUREAU PAYMENT PROFILE

When I had checked my payment profile I had found out that FNB had not updated my payment profile with the credit bureaus. My smart loan account is paid up yet there is a balance reflecting and it is affecting me, because I need to get a loan and with that reflecting on my payment profile, is making things difficult for me as they say I cannot afford a loan now, because of the installment of R1241 which I was paying with them a balance of R4068 with FNB, I have contacted the call centre many times but with to no avail.
