I put in a claim for a vehicle accident last week Tuesday. somebody drove into me from behind. no feedback was given from the insurance. when I phone budget to find out what's going on. they transfer me from department to department. when I phone the claims department direct. the phone rings till it hangs up. the claims department nr. 0117150552. then this morning the lady Zanile from budget insurance phones me to tell me that budget won't pay for my claim. because they don't have my past 7 years insurance information. they won't have my detail because I was on my fathers insurance. they don't need that. they make you feel like you are the guilty partne
