POOR RESPONSE TO REVERSING UNAUTHORISED FUNDS

On Friday, 29/11 I made an online purchase from the WWE website for merchandise. There was a website error when completing payments details, which resulted the amount of R3766, 59 being deducted from my account 4 times, total of R15, 066.36. I immediately contacted the bank and was informed to complete a dispute form and send it to the disputes department. the following day I went to the Village Horizon branch, where Fikile assisted in completing the documents necessary. I spent over 2 hours in the bank trying to resolve this issue and hoping funds will be reversed immediately. I was informed it will take approx. 5 days. This morning I received an email from Online Reversal Dept informing me that the incorrect documents were completed, and they cannot proceed with the request. Again this afternoon I went to Fikile to make sure the correct documents were completed. She even contacted disputes department and was told all the documents that was sent in on Saturday is correct. These funds will be released to the US and if this process is delayed any further I might end up not getting my funds back due to FNB's poor service delivery. Why does it take so long? I am disappointed in service!
