So I have debit coming off my account every month to a company that is suppose to be on "my" side! Ha ha ha I have sent through a request to Legal Wise to please assist with African Bank query on the 14Th October, I got more information than they did in a day, and I have yet to hear a follow up from Legal Wise as to my query! I think its absolutely disgusting that we are conned to paying for services that advertise they will assist us with legal queries, only to be left in the dark exactly where we were!! I want a refund and the debit order removed off my account immediately!
