I have applied for a device which I have received, and they always debit on the wrong date or on the date that I do not have money. I undersand it is my responsiblitity to pay, however as a client I was supposed to be contacted and asked about my debit date if you cant get the money in my account, if that is unsuccessful you have to notify me in some other way that I need to pay that account. Falling this you han have a right to take this to your collections.

I received a call from a lady demanding me to pay the full amount of R10, 999 in 2months!!! I cant afford this as its my whole Salary, and they dont have a right to do that calling clint to demand money, they should call and make payment arrangements and not demand and threaten me. I need to make arrangements with FNB and nobody else as I have bought this device at FNB. Can someone please contact me to make arrangements as I can get the right person to speak to.
Someone called me again to make arrangements to pay R1500, that is still too much for me. My Agreement with FNB was to pay R490 more or less for this device.

If issue is not resolved in a proper manner I can take it up with NCR as I feel that this is unfair on me
