I sent an e-mail to have my policy cancelled 3 times and despite having a refund request confirmed with an sms on the 22 November (which no one has even bothered to call me yet) Virgin money keep debiting my account and tried to debit R1000 today. I want Virgin to pay all the charges for the reversed debits. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE THAT WE SHOULD PUT UP WITH SUCH LEVELS OF INCOMPETANCE
