I called the call center about my phone which I have insured and is not working, the guy at the call center took all the details and told me I will receive a call from the phone repairs guys and an s.m.s with the case number up to now I haven't heard from Budget Insurance whom I pay premiums every month for such unforeseen events neither did I receive the sms in question with the case number.
