I have been a client of Motor Finance Corporation for over 3 years and in time i have only received 2 statements regarding my payment history and balance owing. I have made a number of calls, at my expense, and was promised quarterly statements and then electronic statements but it was just promises. The last statement i received was in January 2012, via email. That was the second statement. To date i have received no communication from MFC, even just to tell me " thanks for making regular payments although i do not know what my balance is". I strongly believe that MFC does not value me as a client or they just have incompetent staff or they just want to clients by making them pay more than they owe. I just want to pay up my account. I also advise people to choose a more customer friendly financial institution that places a lot of value on customer service. MFC does not know the meaning of customer service.
