2/12/2013 at 06:45 I received a call from my work at a hospital that a mr van der merwe is harassing the security guards and shouting at them and my personal information regarding my capitec loan. The mr van der merwe is a debt collector.
I get a call from this mr van der merwe and direct him to my house, where I present to him my settlement letter and proof of payment made, because my capitec loan is paid in full.
Where or how do I report a debt collector for unethical behaviour?
On the other hand capitec and their system is a joke, because how can they send a debt collector if my account is paid in full? I am so disgusted and ashamed to go back to work, after this incident. I actually cried when my supervisor called me just to think I am a professional person and this man goes and slanders my name infont of my colleagues.
