I Recieved excellent customer service from Yasmin Kassim 22 October 2013.
She really went the extra mile, was extremely polite and actually listened to what i required and then went above and beyond to ensure that my requires were met with excellence. She also respected the sensativity of me having to change all my details. I did recieve a quote that was lightly more than the one at Dial Direct but this is the second time i recieved such excellent service and i think that is worth staying a client of Dial Direct.
