On the 28th November 2013 I was unfortunately one of the unfortunate at a year-end function with no undercover parking and my vehicle got hail damage, I have called Miway twice to put in a claim and was advised they too busy and someone will call me. I have still not received a call or feedback. I can understand that the call volumes is high but this is unacceptable. Can someone please contact me to process my claim.
I also took out home insurance in September only to find out this morning the policy was never updated so my household contents was never covered.
