Automated machine IVR is not user friendly

My name is sipho baloyi i have payed up my credit card with fnb acc 4901075985898000 which was owing now i am asking for the payed up letter as a proof of this and my name to be updated on credit breau

my account was handed to munnik basson attonery who i must say i dont wish to do business with hence they are just rude

Point is i have payed up, and i need this letter hence i have been caling the number 087 575 9427 and 0113525369 which i am told all agent on this deparment are not available since tuesday.

why add a number on the contact list yet you know very well that people will not be assisted. can someone from legal call me and give me my letter and update ITC record my number 0832090640 c
