I thought I was the only one experiencing this poor service. I placed an order for an item on Monday and the order tracking showed "processed" but no waybill number etc. On Thursday I eventually phoned the number as my emails were ignored. Miraculously the waybill number appeared just after my phone call and status changed to "Dispatch Reported" with a waybill number and Shipped via United. I tried using the waybill number, picking number and order reference but they all come up as "No order found" when one uses the tracking option (only available when not logged in as a user for some reason). This is just another of a long line of poor service issues I have had with Standard Bank in the past few months and I am now on the point of moving after 35 years as a loyal client!
Give m, e the contact details of this courier company called "United" as the waybill number also does not register on any of the other parcel tracking websites.
