They my iPhone & iPod on Monday the 25th, I don't have a spare phone but using other people's phone (How bad is that) when i was signing up with you guys the sales person made me believe that the insured product will be replaced or paid for within 24 hours and i see here we running out of time.
I received the message below:
Dear MR THOVHAKALE
Your claim from policy 250078417 for the incident that took place on 25 November 2013 has been
given careful consideration, but will unfortunately not be paid.
This decision was made because you never chose cover for specified portable possessions with
your policy. These items represent a unique set of insurance risks different to any other policy
type. They also have their own payment and cover acceptance requirements. Because the
opportunity was not allowed to underwrite what you are claiming for, a pay-out can unfortunately
not be considered.
I don't know if i just don't understand english or if this is.
My iPhone is specified under my policy I have even send a copy of my policy to Zezethu since she is busy looking at the incorrect staff. I need this to be resolved tomorrow.
