Miway is the worst insurance company i ever dealed with, they are fast yo get you onboard but as soon as you want to cancel your insurance its a nightmare i phoned in 4 times to cancel my insurance everytime the callcentre agent tells me to please hold while they put me thru to the right department, all 4 times i holded the line for about 30 minitus before they drop the call thats frustrating today i attempted to cancel again so i told the callcentre lady she beter not let me hang again and drop the phone she put me thru just to hear i cant cancel my policy right away i must give 30days advance, first time ever i heard that, i have dealed with 3 other insurances before i never heard this from them miway will never hear from me again... now i will do things my own way tata.
