Paid up but they still want more

I got myslef into financiall trouble with FNB and they ended up handing me over to their debt collectors - Revco. i was contact via SMS only to advise that i needed to pay them Rx amount to avoid legal action. this I did on 20 September this year. it took Revco almost 4 weeks to pay this money over to FNB in which time there were now additional cost incurred which i do not believe i am liable for. I paid in full on the date which i said I would and it is not my fault that the less than competant Revco takes 4 weeks to pay the funds across. i escalated this to a personal banker last week and she has not come back to me other than to say that Collections have told her that i must pay in the extra money or I would be blacklisted which I refuse to do - why should I, I paid the amount owing in full. Come on FNB, I got into trouble but I have banked with you for almost 30 years
