I have been with Discovery Insure for a while and have not had to claim. I broke my prescription glasses and called the call centre. The person I spoke to immediately sent me an SMS with the details of the lady I was going to be dealing with. Within a few hours I had been contacted by her and she informed me what I needed to do (get a quote). I sent the quote through and had a reply immediately to say the claim was being settled and the details. I am very impressed with the service I received and want to thank Katleho for her efficient and friendly service. Keep up the good work Discovery!!!
