I submitted two complaints on Nedbank's website and both were sorted out in a day! GREAT SERVICE GUYS!
The first complaint was that I was being charged for the replacement of a Greenbacks card, the chip of which stopped working. When I requested a new card at the branch, they informed me there would be a charge. When I got back to the office, I put in a complaint on the Nedbank website, saying that I find it unfair that I need to pay for a card replacement when the fault was not due to wear-and-tear or error on my part.
The fee was reversed that very day!
The second complaint was that my prepaid card (which I use for Greenbacks redemptions) was marked as inactive. A HALF HOUR after putting the complaint on Nedbank's website, I was phoned, and the issue was apologised for, and sorted, in a few minutes.
Stunning service Nedbank. I am one happy customer today.
