I applied for a smart device through FNB. I currently have a smart device already and would like a to apply for a second one as my phone is nearly paid up through FNB.
I applied for the XBOX through FNB on 19 Nov 2013 and received a message telling me that i will be notified of the outcome shortly.
On 25 Nov 2013 i phoned FNB (087 736 7270) and got hold of an agent who said that the application was declined and could not give me a reason why. They informed me that i will be contacted about it on 26 Nov 2013. I then waited and didn't receive any phone call or message.
I then sent an email to [Email Removed] on 27 Nov 2013 and again 27 Nov 2013 requesting more information.
I have had no further communication from FNB and would really like to apply for the smart device. If it's due to the current one i have then i will gladly pay the balance so it can be processed.
Please could someone come back to me with more information as i cannot keep phoning as it is costing me money.
