WRONG INFO & ACC DEBITED WHEREAS ARRANGEMENT MADE!

This is the 5TH TIME that Absa transfers monies from my savings account to my Credit card even though AN ARRANGEMENT WAS IN PLACE! I called and spoke to 3 different people, made the arrangement, even got the BANK MANAGER FROM WYNBERG (Faieka) to call and do the arrangement for me, as I knew Absa ALWAYS messes up! Today I receive a call saying that there was no arrangement in place!!! However I must add, that Benita was super helpful and definitely not "JUST ANOTHER AGENT" Also, I was told by 5 previous callers that the account was up to date, someone even told me to pay R80 then the account would be fine!!! To mu surprise, Mpho called me and said this was not true and I need to see the bank manager! WHAT THE HECK IS UP WITH ABSA AND THE INCORRECT INFO??? My account would not have been in this state, had it not been for dumb info!
