My car experienced a mechanical failure and needed to be towed to a repair centre. I called Hollard (my insurer) to request a tow-in service. All of the call centre operators I spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful. Hollard contacted the tow-in service and arranged that they come to assist me. I was impressed with how speedy this was organised. More impressive was how Hollard kept me in the loop during the entire process. I received a call from Hollard informing me of their contact with the service provider. I also received two follow-ups from Hollard checking that the tow-in service had contacted me and then again to check whether they had actually come to provide the tow-in. I have subsequently recommended to all of my colleagues that they use Hollard and I am not going to change insurers any time soon. Thanks Hollard! You made my day.
