As per our conversation via social media, you have problem me yesterday that you have escalated my query, I just want to know where is my money, because I don't anything from FNB, but need the money back into my bank account.

Tracey Sonickson since promised to refund money on Tuesday already but nothing has been done. Poor service as usual. Mduduzi Dlamini he useless he refused to assist me.

Spoke to Credit card division yesterday they said is not their fault they debited the money, the fault is with Groenewald Lubbe, when I call them they agreed that I made the arrangement with them to pay R300.00 is not their fault but FNB.

If you also not willing to assist me I will contact the CEO of FNB Mr. Jordan.
I need my money in the next hour. Check our Hellopeter now you will be famous like your bank.
