Terrible service and our money is not safe

My money was transferred in between accounts without my consent and then they tell me they cannot refund it because I agreed to. I asked when did I agree to that, the lady tells me that there is a recording. Of which she would not even listen to it.

My money is not safe in my bank since they can just agree to pay money to just anyone without my consent. Then they tell me they will not reverse it
