We requested information with regards to their service. We thought they were a medical aid as they advertised. We didn't receive the information as we requested but documentation about a Policy with a card. We never signed up all i wanted was information so we could read though it. I called the day when we received the card to cancel as they claim to have a 30 day cancellation period. I have send numerous emails regards to the cancellation of the policy, eventually i contacted them, was put on hold for over 30 minutes or more. I eventually spoke to a woman who seemed to be helpful at the time and she said that the policy was indeed cancelled and they would refund any money they deducted. it wasn't even 2 days after that phone call with her confirming the policy being cancelled and assuring me that no money would be deducted from our account - What do you know they deducted money again, not only once but twice in one day.
So it looks like i will have to yet again waste my time and money calling them, only to be put on hold for another 30 minutes or so to try and get my money back that they keep on from me
