I had an accident in Tzaneen 2nd nov, I have been liaising with Anri Quick a claim consultant, claim was too expensive compared to what I am covered for, budget paid the claim money. I have been emailing Anri as we have been communicating via emails, ever since the claim has been paid to me last week Anri hasn't been replying to my emails. I was supposed to be on my way to collect the car and take it to mechanics, I called budget insurance to ask where my car has been stored no one can answer that question, I was given numbers and names of different towing services for me to call and check if my car was there or not, I have never been this stressed. I called this morning some guy from cape call centre for the company promised to call me in 30minutes I have been waiting since 10h30. Thanks to Michael of Sans Souci Towing Service and his drivers for locating the car.
