OWING THE ACCOUNT AFTER CLOSURE

I CLOSED MY FNB PLATINUM CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT SOMETIME AGO. EVERYTHING WAS CLOSED SUCCESSFULLY. EVEN THE BALANCE THAT WAS ON THE CREDIT CARD WAS PAID BACK INTO MY CURRENT ACCOUNT HELD ON ANOTHER BANK. NOW I AM RECEIVING STATEMENTS THAT I STILL OWE MY CREDIT CARD. I AM NOT SURE HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. I SPOKE TO ONE OF THEIR CONSULTANT, BUT SHE DID NOT TELL ME EXACTLY WHY DO I OWE MY CREDIT CARD. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AS I MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS UP TO DATE BEFORE I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. NOW I AM TOLD THAT I STILL HAVE TO PAY AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT. OUTSTANDING FROM WHERE I DON'T KNOW. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS.
