Cash withdrawal was duplicated by the bank. i called to report the transaction. was advised to put a stop to the card as they could not confirm at the time whether it was or a system error on the banks side. new card was requested. i opted for the card to be delivered to rivonia. 6 days later i receive no correspondence so i call to trace my card. turns out card is sent to northgate. 2nd time stad bank have made this error on my new card order. i then asked for the card to be sent to rivonia. i was told it will now take another 3 business days for that to occur. i exclaimed that this was now unacceptable. call centre could not deal with the situation at all. i now have to go to northgate. a simple instruction / request could not be handled appropriately. The problem has not been resolved!!!
