I fully understand that monthly premiums need to go up every year, but to increase a premium from R605 to R735 is RIDICULOUS!
A 21% increase is not justified and could not be justified by the call centre.
Furthermore, NO NOTICE of increased premium was given - absolutely nothing. the first notice I got was the debit order going off!!!
The call centre also just shifted the blame to a broker (Bettersure) who when called just tried to shift the blame back.
