I wanted to stop a payment on my credit card to an online foreign supplier because my credit card account was debited in error. When I phoned card division they transferred me to the department instead of the authorisation department. But before I could finish explaining the situation to the agent and ask all the questions relating to my query, he had already stopped my credit card! Now I am stuck without a credit card until the new one is delivered. What am I going to do now if I need my credit card in an emergency?
