We bought a car and got Outsurance. The premiums are very good and I could not be happier. The vehicle had to have a tracker fitted and Outsurance asked for a document from tracker that proved the device was installed. I as the designated driver got the document and mailed them the document on the 30th of October. Subsequently a lady called me and said that the tracker document I sent was for a policy that I had that was cancelled. I explained that this is a new policy and a different car as can clearly be seen from the documents. She then said that she will sort it out. We received a mail again from Outsurance requesting the same document. I send it in again on the 1st of November 2013 and contacted Outsurance. They said they received it and that all was sorted out. Today the 26th of November we received another email requesting the same document again. So I mailed it again. Will Outsurance say tomorrow that the car is now not covered since they cant sort out the documentation? Does the left hand know what the right hand does at Outsurance? Who knows? But please Outsurance you are such a great company, just sort this out!
