Banks deducts money from account without consent

I opened a cheque account with FNB. My salary was deposited into the account. Before my expenses were settled, ALL FUNDS were deducted from the account for an outstanding card. I have court documents stating that I am under debt counselling. These were provided to the bank. I was informed that it would take 3 working days to refund. After 3 days I was informed that it would take 5-7 working days. In the meantime I must lend money to feed my family. This is unacceptable treatment of new FNB clients and would appreciate assistance and communication a.s.a.p
