Have requested on statement date a direct debit should be authorised payment of full outstanding amount for my credit card be paid from my savings.
This beats and yet they are charging me interest. Despite having requested if one used 5000 rands on my credit card the full payment is made as a debit from my savings account.
If u call number ie absa 0861462273 full details also advertised if u use your credit card for fuel there are no hidden charges yet being told paying for swiping for fuel.
There's contradiction with falsifying information as a consumer this is not acceptable.
