C/Card wrongly reported to bureaux as in arrears

My Nedbank Mastercard has been reported to Transunion and Experian, as in arrears for the month of September 2013.

THIS IS BLATANTLY INCORRECT AND IT IS NEGATIVELY IMPACTING MY CREDIT SCORE.

I received my September statement on the 26th of September 2013. My minimum payment was R720 due by the 18th of October. I paid R800 into the account on the 27th of September.

I would like this rectified ASAP. It is an absolute farce that you should be able to get away with reporting BLATANTLY INCORRECT INFORMATION to the Credit Bureaux.
