Dear Capitec

I am sorry I had the temerity to present coins for deposit. I was under the impression that Capitec was a deposit taking and licensed banking institution.

As to the specific nature of my complaint I presented coins sorted by denomination for deposit and was told they could not accept the coins as they they had to be further sorted to a specific amount, which is waste of everyone's time. Please just weigh the denomination with the scales available on every counter.
