I called yesterday regarding cancellation of my current car insurance. I was promptly put through to Ntokozo, who was able to immediately assist with meeting my requirements. At no stage did I feel pressured to stay with MiWay as my current insurer, however, Ntokozo was very thorough, yet non-invasive in his approach to convincing me to stay on as a client. This, including the fact that he was able to arrange a much lower premium than the other competitors, is the reason I will be a loyal client for many years to come. :)
