Warren has been avoiding contact with me and I am very frustrated at the manner in which he and MiWay is handling the claim. I pay my premiums every month on time and they delay the entire claim process.
Feedback From the claims agent to the claims manager is pathetic and will never recommend MiWay to anybody.
Furthermore, from the 18th - 22nd November we have been trying to get hold of the claim manager (Warren) and he has not once returned my call until today after having dealt with A manager Named Sonia Grobler.
My Car hire is also running out due to this tardiness on my claim.
I will spread the word of how pathetic MiWay's service has been regarding my claim. And the only time you guys respond is if there is complaint's and no other time.
