Cannot pay bills anymore!

Hi there.

I always pay my accounts on the internet, using my cellphone with my fnb cheque card, with no issues or problems. Recently I am trying to pay my traffic fines online as well as other accounts and I am redirected to an fnb/visa page that states the following:

"Activate Verified By Visa on your FNB Card

Please visit FNB Online Banking at [URL Removed] and select the "My Bank Accounts" tab followed by the "My Cards" sub tab to activate Verified by Visa on your card for safe and secure online shopping. Once you have activated your card please return to the checkout process and re-enter your card details."

When I do go to [URL Removed] ftom my cellphone, I cannot activate anything as it doesn't give me an option. I do understand that this is for added security, but it is highly irritating and very inconvenient. Can you please remove this feature so that I can continue paying my accounts/ traffic fines from the comfort of my home in my own time.
