Good day

I am very disappointed in FNB, they debited my account with R4200.00 because my credit card is in arrears. I have emailed the number they sent to me via sms to make a payment arrangement more than 4 times and i never got a response. FNB never called me once to discuss the matter about my credit card that is in arrears, and just took R4200.00. I mean how do you do that? i am more than willing to make an arrangement, the fact that i bank with you doesn't mean its your money and you cant take it when you want. I'm a single mother raising a son and this has dented me in such a big way this month that i do not even know what to do.
