I acquired 3 loans from SWU in 2010 and I subsequently settled it in Feb 2011. To my disgust when I recently received a credit report there is 7 accounts of SWU on my profile open... I did sent a email end October 2013 to request a update, until now nothing has been done about my request. What should I do next? The credit bureau's says the instruction must come from SWU and why do they open more accounts on my name...? This affected my scoring negatively when I applied for a home loan.
