After hearing on different ads (radio, TV and on the net) that outsurance would either beat my current insurance premium quote or pay me R400 if the fail to beat it I called them for a quote as I have been hearing about it a lot and thought would give it a try.
Princess quoted me on my 2 vehicles that I have currently insured and outsurance could not beat my current premium. She then promised because they could beat it on the one vehicle but not on the other I would still get the R400 but to date nothing has happened also taking it into account that combining both vehicles they could not beat my premium.
When I called I was told I don't qualify for the R400 but when I speak to Princess she has been advising me that they are processing the amount.
Since then I spoke to 2 different people who say this amount is not in processing and I don't know what to believe anymore as Princess now wont even answer my mails.
Today I spoke to another agent who advised me that this amount was definitely not going to be paid out to me as nothing on the system shows it's in processing.
