Saving me money - best call I had this month

Eric Bignell was very friendly and helpfull in saving me money and retaining me as a customer. He helped me quickly and efficiently. I was referred to him to relook my monthly premium and by doing so he far exceeded my expectation. I called Outsurance thinking I am probably going to pay more at the end of the call - instead I got a saving of 15%!! Saving aside, this is exactly what great customer service is for me - helping the customer quickly, being friendly and patient, being knowledgeable of the product and keeping to the point.
