Still no bank card or name change

Hi,

I posted a complaint more than a week ago about how FNB won't accept my surname change. It actually got worse! I'm still waiting for somebody to contact me and they won't give me a new bank card as I need to give them my old ID with my previous surname. If I had that I would not have bothered to go to Home Affairs to get a new id document in the first place! So they won't change my surname and won't give me a bank card as my surname is now diffirent from my account. Am I the only one not getting this?
