I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE TREATMENT FROM WESBANK. MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT IS WITH FNB AND MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT IS WITH FNB. FOR THE LAST 9 YEARS I HAVE BEEN FINANCING MY VEHICLES THROUGH WESBANK WITHOUT MISSING A SINGLE PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLES. AS A SELF EMPLOYED INDIVIDUAL I DO NOT EARN A FIXED SALARY ON A SPECIFIC DATE AND PAYMENT MADE TO ME FROM CUSTOMERS ARE SOMETIMES A BIT LATE. LAST MOTH A FEW OF MY DEBIT ORDERS DID NOT GO THROUGH AND AS A RESULT LEFT ME WITH SOME RD'S ON MY ACCOUNT, ALTHOUGH THE VEHICLE PAYMENTS HAS BEEN MADE WITH NO RD'S ON IT, AS SOON AS I RECEIVED PAYMENT THESE DEBITS WERE PAID IN FULL. AS A SO CALLED APPROVE 1 CUSTOMER AND A GOOD REPEAT CUSTOMER WITH WESBANK, THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME WITH FINANCE AS A RESULT OF THE RD'S AND THIS IS AFTER THE CURRENT VEHICLE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL SETTLED WITHOUT MISSING A SINGLE PAYMENT ON THE CAR. IF THIS IS THE KIND OF TREATMENT A LOYAL CUSTOMER RECEIVES FROM WESBANK MAKING ME FEEL I FEEL LIKE A.
