I called your personal loan call centre several times trying to get assistance with my bureau stats. I have been trying since Monday to get assistance. My personal loan has been settled and my credit bureau profile has still not been updated. Can this please be done as a matter of extreme urgency. The numbers supplied to me by your call centre, does not exist.
