IRREGULAR DEBIT ORDER DATES

I went to a Capitec branch in JHB on the 28th Oct. 2013, & requested them to change my debit order date to the 25th of each mnth. The credit vetting department merely took the 24th of each month or earlier as a debit order date. i get paid on the 25th, and how difficult is it for your company to change such a date. You are messing up my credit record!!!
Following the 3 months bank statement that i submitted in mid June 2013; in March, my salary reflected on the eveing of the 22nd, since Monday was the 25th. In April, my salary reflected on the 25th. In May, my salary reflected on the evening of the 24th, since the 25th was on a Saturday.
Its a simple request, can some-one take responsibility and resolve same.

ref : 10645211, relates to my last attempt to resolve this issue today at a branch, which was unsuccessful since the consultant could not find my bank statements and other required documentation.

i await your urgent response and please stop passing the buck between the various departments and people as this only indicates how dis-jointed your operation is.
