CARD APPLICATION

I am very disappointed in FNB's services. I was approached to open an account and to apply for a credit card. I was advised that my application for a credit card was approved and had to submit some documents. I submitted my documents twice, but never received any response from FNB. I sent several e-mails and made a telephone call to the responsible person, but nothing happened. Today (after about a month) I was advised that despite the submission of my documents and my queries, my application expired and I have to apply again. I then telepgoned the call centre, but got cut off twice. To think that I was about to move all my accounts to FNB.
