NO FEEDBACK FOR A CLAIM OVER A YEAR TO SETTLE

Utterly Disgusted: Here's to budget again. I was promised an answer 2 weeks ago today. AND again nothing from budget. Apparently the car has been written off but I have heard nothing since 1 st November. Been trying to phone the people who originally had the car in Pretoria and now it is in Randburg after a bit of investigating my husband found the car..NOT IMPRESSED AGAIN BUDGET!!! I WANT ANSWERS - THIS IS NOT FAIR
