Impossible to get someone to answer the phone

I am winding up 2 Estates, both with various accounts with Standard Bank, I informed them in September of the deaths with instructions to close accounts, out of the 8, 2 have been closed. I spent an hour on the phone yesterday trying to get an update on the rest, I was given the numbers of 6 Different people who are dealing with the various accounts yet not one of them will answer their phones. This from the home loans department to the credit card. I am heavily frustrated as I need to Submit my L & D accounts yet I do not have any figures from Standard Bank. Most frustrating bank to deal with, even worse than post bank and that is saying a lot!
