Pathetic service!

I made an arrangement that my debit order runs on the 20th cause that's when I get paid, guess what it runs on the 19th October cause I needed the cash I had to reverse in any case that was not the arrangement. They call me as if I've killed someone then I give them permission to double debit my account guess what nothing happens instead I get an sms stating 'We have not received payments thus far. Make an URGENT cash payment of R 415.11 to avoid arrear interest charges. Call Bayport on 0861007746 for arrangement.' Between me and bayport someone is loosing it. I had a consultant calling me during a meeting confirming that there'll be a double debit guess what I get the above sms. Plus I'm debited 3 times what's the 3rd amount for? It's usually R140 or R130 what's that for folks?
