I requested my credit card statements ages ago from ABSA but they just ignore me. I phoned ABSA and they requested i send an e-mail to them which i did twice and still no statements. They want payment but they won't assist their clients? So glad i closed all my accounts and went to FNB. I will as of today stop paying any and all my ABSA services (personal loan and credit card) till they call me and sort this out it is absolutely ridiculous that i have to beg and plead for my statements to pay them! WAKE UP ABSA! Is this what you call service delivery???
